HOW DO I RESERVE A ROOM?
We require a 2-night minimum stay and a 50% deposit at time of reservation. Your balance is processed the day before you arrive. We accept Visa and MasterCard credit cards.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION/CHANGE POLICY?
We realize that life does happen and plans do change, but because we are a small boutique inn, cancellations and or changes impact us greatly. If you need to cancel your reservation up to 30 days prior to your arrival we will refund your deposit minus 10% to cover associated administrative and credit card fees. A cancellation within 29-15 days before your arrival will result in loss of deposit. If you cancel within 14 days of your arrival you are responsible and charged for the remaining balance of your total reservation cost.
WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN, CHECK-OUT?
Check-in is from 3PM to 8pm. Please let us know if you will arriving after 8pm. Check-out is at11:00am
PETS? CHILDREN? SMOKING?
We cannot accommodate pets. Children over the age of 12 are welcome. We are a smoke-free environment.
BREAKFAST?
Weekend rates include a complimentary plated breakfast served Saturday and Sunday mornings at 8:30. Guests may choose to eat on the porch, patio, weather permitting or indoor dining room. Breakfast typically includes fresh seasonl fruit, Greek Yogurt, Homemade Granola, freshly baked goods, a savory or sweet hot entree and a selection of teas, coffees and juice. Weekday rates are reduced and do not include breakfast. All rooms have refrigerators for guests' provisions and a Keurig coffee maker. We provide a variety of k-cups, teas, sugar and creamers, and chilled iltered water. There are multiple breakfast cafes all within a few blocks walking distance; Brothers' Brew, Red Skiff, Hula Moon, and Bean and Leaf.
WHERE DO I PARK?
Complimentary parking is in our semicircular drive. Street parking is also available but not guaranteed. Leave your car in our driveway as it is less than 5 minutes to walk to most of what Rockport has to offer. Parking in town is metered and minimal during the summer season.
IS THERE HOUSEKEEPING?
Housekeeping is available for a 4-night stay or longer. For a shorter stay, if you require clean towels, additional toiletries, etc. let us know by leaving used towels outside your door in bags provided. We will replace them, including extra toiletries as needed. You may leave items to discard/recyclables outside your door in the supplied trash bag as needed.
WHERE DO THE INNKEEPERS LIVE?
We live on the third floor. Although we are often out and about, we are always available by calling or texting. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions. (Home: 978-546-2864; Cell: 732-773-0429).
Dining?
There are 6 restaurants all within walking distance. Reservations are needed at Feather and Wedge, Fleur Cuisine and My Place by the Sea. Brackett's Ocean View, Fish Shack, Seventh Wave and numerous casual eateries do not take reservations.
KEYS
Your room key also opens the front door BOTTOM lock. We do not use the dead bolt. Please keep front door locked to prevent outsiders from walking in. Kindly leave your key in the bedroom door upon departure.
